IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

Married couples traveling together between the ages of 28-68 years old
Single ladies or life partners traveling together between the ages of 30-68 years of age
Gainfully employed or retired
Traveling with at least 1 major credit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Diners, Discover). Debit cards do not qualify

By accepting this special offer, all adults whose names appear on this form agree to attend and complete a 90-minute breakfast presentation of the Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa membership benefits, and tour of the brand new facilities. If married or involved in a life partnership, BOTH PARTNERS MUST ATTEND THE PRESENTATION TOGETHER.
